I am a wife, mother, spiritual practitioner and artist. I am of no particular religion, faith or philosophy – I incorporate true wisdom from many teachings into my practice. I say that I’m a free thinker, open to new ideas and willing to change. I believe in acceptance, gratitude, love, honor, compassion, peace, integrity, balance, prayer, partnership, friendship, joy, creativity, abundance, prosperity, knowledge, grace, giving and receiving, to name a few things.

I believe in following the laws of the universe rather than the man made laws that may be colored by personal agenda, religion or control. I live by the laws of cause and affect – that for each action there is a reaction. I believe in responsibility for one’s thoughts, emotions and actions – I know that by being conscious of this I can manifest a life rich in all ways. I know that all things are possible and that we will personally receive all we desire in direct proportion to our allowing of this. I believe we are all equal and that we are each a teacher for the other. There is a wise inner voice within each of us that is ready to direct one for their best and highest good, if and when we listen.

I have studied for many years, read books, taken workshops, founded groups and conferences.  I have experienced great joys and highs and devastatingly heart wrenching lows, and I must say they have all been a blessing in one way or the other.  

It is only through my faith and knowing that for all things there are reasons; that each experience is an opportunity for growth and change and that love, appreciation and acceptance of our fellow humans and all creation, is the key.

Enough of the serious stuff – I love a full bodied life, celebration, friends, travel, art, painting, meditation, conversation, music, food, books, writing, hiking, and laughter.  I find that creating a fine balance of all the above leads to a full bodied life!
